This year’s programme included more than 50 sessions; around 100 posters and ‘Talking Heads’ video clips; a variety of networking opportunities, including the Opening Reception at the Royal Courts of Justice; and an accompanying exhibition.
A full list of sessions is available here. Sessions took on the following formats:
Panel debates involve panellists with contrasting or complementary points of view respond to each other and to audience questions on a particular theme.
Multi-presentations and discussion involve up to four short presentations on a particular theme. Presentations are followed by a question and answer session.
World café sessions offer the opportunity to interact with presenters in smaller groups. Each table discusses and explores a different perspective on the session topic.
Poster presentations combine text and graphics to highlight unique ideas and case studies from the world of international education. The poster presenters held a question and answer session with delegates in the Mountbatten Lounge on Wednesday 14 March.
Talking Head presentations are short video clips and comparable to a video poster. The clips will play on a loop in the Mountbatten Lounge throughout the conference. The Talking Heads presenters held a question and answer session with delegates in the Mountbatten Lounge on Thursday 15 March.
