Alan Olsen, Director, Strategy Policy and Research in Education Ltd, Hong Kong, China, presents findings from the 2005-06 UK International Office Benchmarking Survey, commissioned by Hobsons plc, to promote discussion around the current situation - and best practice - in international student recruitment. This type of research has been carried out in Australia for several years and a similar model is now being employed in the UK.
