Dr Hayward is Director of Strategic Initiatives in the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Dubai. She has had more than 25 years of experience working in Higher Education in the Arabian Gulf. She was Acting Director and Dean of Business at Dubai Men’s College, and headed the Middlesex University campus in Dubai. Dr Hayward has degrees from Bristol, Cambridge and Exeter Universities.
