Internationalising Higher Education

Ir. Daniel CHENG is a Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and Managing Director of Dunwell Enviro-Tech (Holdings) Limited, a leader in the oil recycling and waste treatment industry. The Federation is a statutory body representing and promoting the interests of Hong Kong's manufacturing industries. Mr Cheng represents industry on many professional and business organisations including Hong Kong Productivity Council, Council Member for the period of January 1st, 2010 to January 1st, 2012; Chairperson of Group 26 (Environmental Industries Group) since 2004 and General Committee Member since 1995. He is the founding President of the Hong Kong Environmental Industry Association since 2000 and Executive Board Director since 2004 of the Business Environment Council. In 2008 Daniel Cheng received the Grand Award - Hong Kong Award for the Industry: Technological Achievement from the Organising Committee of the Hong Kong Awards for Industries chaired by the Director-General of Trade and Industry.
