Internationalising Higher Education

John Holm is Director of the Office of International Education and Partnerships at the University of Botswana. Professor Holm joined the University in 2005 to establish the Office of International Education and Partnerships (OIEP) and to train the staff. Previously he was Director of International Programs at Cleveland State University in the USA. Until he retired in 2005 he was a professor of Political Science, researching and publishing on topics related to democratisation. Professor Holm has presented two papers in the last two years to the International Education Association of South Africa on issues related to university partnerships in Africa.
