Internationalising Higher Education

Rachel Fletcher has been working with higher education institutions since 2005 helping them use Hobsons services to optimise their international student engagement, marketing and conversion activities. She started her career at Hobsons’ Melbourne office in Australia and her experience of the Australian international recruitment market was invaluable when, in 2006, she moved to London to set up our UK international student enquiry and offer management division, based on the Australian model.

Rachel now has responsibility for managing the operational and strategic development of Hobsons’ Enrolment Management Services, and has a wealth of knowledge about international student mobility and using data to enhance strategic planning at institutions.
