Internationalising Higher Education

Prior to joining UCAS in 1995, Ros worked for a major insurance company for twenty years in various investment accounting capacities. Ros was appointed as Application Services Manager in September 2005, with responsibility for two operational units within the Customer and Application Services department. The Awarding Body Linkage process matches applicants against qualifications for onward transmission to UCAS institutions and the Verification Unit investigates suspicious applications and manages the Similarity Detection Service, highlighting similarities in personal statements. Ros is also a member of the Project Advisory Group for the HEFCE funded Shared Services Fraud and Verification Feasibility Study.
